About Us

Randee Stolar attended Ithaca College, majoring in Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. Combining her science and business background Randee spent twelve years of her career in sales and marketing for the pharmaceutical and real estate development industry. She worked for Warner Lambert, Pfizer, and SmithKline Beckman, promoting and launching new products. She then parlayed her sales and marketing expertise to real estate development, consulting for The Pinnacle Companies, a multi service real estate development firm. She formed WEN with her partner Nancy in 2005. Randee has three children and resides in Livingston, New Jersey with her husband Brian.

Nancy Waldenberg attended Lehigh University and The George Washington University, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Nancy began her career at Arthur Anderson and Co, where she spent four years in the auditing division working with clients primarily in the banking and retailing industries.  Nancy then went on to work for ICM, a talent agency with diverse holdings, where she was a financial analyst for the corporate and broadcast divisions.  Nancy was subsequently hired as controller for Unitel Video, a publicly held video production and post-production facility, where she spent eight years overseeing daily financial operations and analyzing potential acquisitions. Nancy lives in Livingston, New Jersey with her husband, David and their three children.
